On Thursday, November 22, 2007 the donation cheque has been handed over to the booster club of the children hospice 'Kinderhospiz Sterntaler e.V.' The official presentation of the valuable envelope took place in the office of MHI GmbH and was made by the two business directors Alexander Montag and Holger Höfs. Daniela Raab, the representative president of the booster club, accepted this cash injection gladly because donations represent the major revenue source of the organization.

With this donation MHI GmbH helps to realize a dream: to build up the children hospice 'Sterntaler', a small oasis for terminally ill children. Last year, the citizens of Oftersheim, business partners and customers were able to participate in collecting donations for the fund-raising campaign 'Wir helfen Helfen!' at the Christmas fair of Oftersheim. This year for the first time the Christmas fair took place without MHI. 'What a pity!' many visitors of the market might have said. The managers felt the same because they gladly remember the Christmas fair with its special atmosphere. But there were several reasons for that decision. Instead of that, the company goes back to the central idea of Christmas and abandons gifts for business partners and clients.
