The company M.H.I. GdbR is established and registered by Alexander Montag and Holger Höfs.

Appointment of the first employee
The company fastly gets a good reputation as a specialist for upkeeping and maintenance. First foreign assignments, for example to China, Sweden, Italy and also to East European foreign countries are not long in coming.
Owing to the great demand further employments are necessary. Already six employees belong to the M.H.I.-Team.

April 1997
M.H.I. GdBR (company constituted under civil law) becomes MHI GmbH (company with limited liability). At the same time a factory building with office space is hired in Brühl, Baden (Germany). Meanwhile the MHI-Team which has already increased to a group of eight employees has service and office rooms on an area of about 300 sqm available.
